  • 250 g puff pastry, rolled (coolin shelf)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 point creamed spinach (300 g)
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them together with the minced meat in a little hot oil. Season to taste with the spices. Prepare the creamed spinach as described on the packaging. Now mix the creamed spinach and minced meat together and stir gently.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry, cut it into squares (for example 3 cm x 4 cm) and roll it out slightly - this is how you get more pockets from a roll of puff pastry, which are not so tiny after all. Now place a little of the minced meat, spinach and mushroom mixture in the middle of each of the puff pastry squares and fold them together. It is best to press the sides firmly together with a fork. Place the bags on a prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with the cheese.
  3. Put the whole thing in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
