Instructions

  1. Cut the goat cream cheese into approx. 10-12 slices.
  2. Place each slice of cheese on 2 crossed strips of ham and screw in, then pin in place with a toothpick.
  3. Fry briefly on both sides in hot olive oil.
  4. Tastes good with salad.
  5. Note: The cheese is available in well-run supermarkets in the refrigerated section, packaged with a diameter of approx. 4 cm - with and without herbs.
