Brush the ciabatta slices generously with fresh goat cheese. Roast on the oven shelf for about 5-10 minutes.
Cut the apple into wedges. Put butter in a saucepan and melt, add apple wedges and sauté briefly. Add sugar and continue steaming apples until they are caramelized golden brown. Put on top of the goat cheese.
Simply as a starter or with lamb`s lettuce and balsamic dressing.
