Cut tomatoes into slices that are not too thin. Cut the goat cheese roll into slices. Spread over 4 plates, if possible a slice of cheese should lie on a slice of tomato. Salt and pepper properly. Cover with a sprig of fresh thyme or sprinkle with dried thyme, if you like thyme, you should spice it generously with it.
Baked in the microwave or preheated oven for about 3 - 10 minutes, the cream cheese should melt slightly.
Served with baguette is a quick dinner or a light lunch in summer. You can of course increase the quantities according to your hunger.
