Instructions

  1. Roast the poppy seeds in a pan without any fat, core the chilli and cut into fine strips. Heat the honey in a saucepan and melt it gently. Mix with the poppy seeds and chilli.
  2. Beat the goat cream cheese with the cream until smooth.
  3. Serving:
  4. Put 1 tablespoon chutney in a glass. Sprinkle the goat cream cheese over it and drizzle everything with the poppy seed pesto.
  5. or:
  6. Place the chutney on a plate and shape the goat cream cheese into dumplings, place on top and drizzle with the poppy seed pesto.
  7. The chutney can be prepared long term. The fresh goat cheese mass can be mixed one day in advance and the poppy seed pesto a few hours beforehand. If the honey is too firm, warm it up again slightly.
  8. Serving in glasses can be done a few hours in advance. The poppy seed pesto should be placed fresh on top.
