Ingredients
- 200 g oat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, (blue poppy seeds)
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 8 tablespoon chutney, peach and pepper (recipe in my profile)

- Roast the poppy seeds in a pan without any fat, core the chilli and cut into fine strips. Heat the honey in a saucepan and melt it gently. Mix with the poppy seeds and chilli.
- Beat the goat cream cheese with the cream until smooth.
- Serving:
- Put 1 tablespoon chutney in a glass. Sprinkle the goat cream cheese over it and drizzle everything with the poppy seed pesto.
- or:
- Place the chutney on a plate and shape the goat cream cheese into dumplings, place on top and drizzle with the poppy seed pesto.
- The chutney can be prepared long term. The fresh goat cheese mass can be mixed one day in advance and the poppy seed pesto a few hours beforehand. If the honey is too firm, warm it up again slightly.
- Serving in glasses can be done a few hours in advance. The poppy seed pesto should be placed fresh on top.
