Ingredients

  • 500 g nectarine (s), (prepared and weihed)
  • 200 g peach (s), (prepared and weihed)
  • 100 ml white wine vinegar
  • 150 ml peach juice
  • 250 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground white

Instructions

  1. Wash, drain, halve and stone the nectarines and peaches. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. Put the prepared fruit pieces in a saucepan with vinegar, peach nectar and preserving sugar. Bring the ingredients to the boil while stirring and let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season the chutney with chilli, salt and pepper, immediately fill the prepared jars to the brim, close, turn and let stand on the lid for about 5 minutes.
  4. The amount is sufficient for 4 glasses of 200 ml each.
  5. Goes well with cheese or grilled meat.
