Ingredients

  • 500 g peach (s)
  • 3 large onion (s), red
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 250 g honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder

Instructions

  1. Core, peel and cut the peaches into small cubes. Also peel the onion and finely dice it.
  2. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and let simmer for about 1 hour while stirring. Caution: burns easily.
  3. Fill jars while still hot, close immediately and leave to cool while standing on the lid.
