Ingredients

  • 500 g peach (s)
  • 20 g pepper, reen, in brine
  • 120 ml white wine, dry
  • 70 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Skin and core the peaches, then finely dice.
  2. Drain the pepper.
  3. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and let simmer for about 30 minutes while stirring. Caution: burns easily!
  4. Pour into glasses while still hot and let cool upside down.
  5. This chutney goes well with cheese, especially goat cream cheese.
