Instructions

  1. Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Peel and dice the onion. Halve the cocktail tomatoes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the garlic-ginger paste, garam masala, chilli seasoning, turmeric, coriander, cumin, tomato paste and ketchup. Mix well and continue frying for 1 minute.
  3. Add cauliflower and cocktail tomatoes and fry for 1 minute. Pour in the water and simmer covered for about 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is cooked through.
  4. Arrange in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves if necessary. Rice goes well with this.
