Bring about 2 liters of water with 1 tablespoon of salt to a boil in a large saucepan.
Cut the cleaned turnip unpeeled into thumb-sized pieces and add to the boiling water. 15 minutes later add the peeled and chopped potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Important:
The addition of the liquid primarily controls the consistency. Therefore, mix in the soy drink (or milk) in sips until the desired consistency is achieved. Instead of milk or soy drink, some of the cooking water can also be used.
