Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, remove the blood sausages from their skin and cut into slices, chop the onion and let it glaze in the pan. Add black pudding slices, fry briefly and mash with a fork. When it`s a really nice porridge, stir in the mustard and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. It doesn`t look really tasty, but it tastes really great.
  3. It goes well with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
