- Wash the gooseberries and raspberries. Remove the stalks and ends of the gooseberries. Then place in a tall container and puree with the hand blender.
- Put in a saucepan with the preserving sugar, bring to the boil and boil for 3 minutes. Now pour hot into clean glasses, screw on and turn upside down.
- After 20 to 30 minutes you can put the glasses back in the right place.
