Quarter, core and dice the washed pears. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder with the pears. Mash the gorgonzola with a fork and mix with the butter, eggs, yoghurt and salt. Add the flour mixture and whisk everything.
Pour the dough either into paper cases in the muffin tray or directly into the well-greased hollows of the muffin tray. Bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
