- 150 grams flour
- 100 g almond (s)
- 150 g Goronzola
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 100 g butter, soft
- 2 egg (s)
- 250 g yourt
- 2 teaspoons salt

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Quarter, core and dice the washed pears. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder with the pears. Mash the gorgonzola with a fork and mix with the butter, eggs, yoghurt and salt. Add the flour mixture and whisk everything.
- Pour the dough either into paper cases in the muffin tray or directly into the well-greased hollows of the muffin tray. Bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
- Tastes warm and cold, especially with salads.
