Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Quarter, core and dice the washed pears. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder with the pears. Mash the gorgonzola with a fork and mix with the butter, eggs, yoghurt and salt. Add the flour mixture and whisk everything.
