Wash, pound the meat and season with salt and pepper. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Also cut the Gorgonzola into slices and set both aside.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil and fry the schnitzel on both sides. Now put the meat in a baking dish and place the tomato slices on top. Cover with Gorgonzola.
Put the schnitzel in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes to gratinate.
