Fry the meat cubes in a saucepan over high heat. Then chop the skinned tomatoes, onions and garlic into fairly large pieces and add to the meat. Dust with the paprika powder and let simmer on a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with the remaining spices and fill up with the water. Let simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. About half an hour before the end of the meal, dice the potatoes, cut the peppers into strips and add.
Tip:
Tastes great with a dash of red wine and / or cream. The recipe also tastes great with pork instead of beef.
