Divide the baguette into pieces, cut them crosswise or cut the rolls in half crosswise. Brush with herb butter if you like (you can also leave it out).
Dice the tomato, salami and ham and mix with the mushrooms, sour cream and crème fraîche, season with your choice of spices. Add a little cream, the mixture should be creamy, but not too runny. Spread on the rolls.
Bake at 180 degrees (convection) for about 20 minutes.
