Ingredients
- 1 baguette (s) or 3 rolls
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- some cream
- 3 slices ham
- 3 slices salami
- 1 tomato (s)
- 1 tablespoon canned mushrooms (slices)
- possibly herb butter
- Seasoning (s) to taste

- Divide the baguette into pieces, cut them crosswise or cut the rolls in half crosswise. Brush with herb butter if you like (you can also leave it out).
- Dice the tomato, salami and ham and mix with the mushrooms, sour cream and crème fraîche, season with your choice of spices. Add a little cream, the mixture should be creamy, but not too runny. Spread on the rolls.
- Bake at 180 degrees (convection) for about 20 minutes.
