Instructions

  1. Put the sliced potatoes lukewarm in a bowl, add the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the vegetable stock and season to taste very spicy. Fry the bacon and lightly sweat the onions. Then add the stock and the bacon and onion mixture to the potatoes and mix everything together.
  3. Let it steep for about an hour. Season to taste again and add seasoning if necessary.
