Instructions

  1. Knead everything into a dough, depending on the egg size, add a little flour if necessary until the dough can be rolled out well. Then cut out shapes and place them on a baking sheet and bake at approx. 180 (on the 2nd rail from the bottom) (10-12 min), then bake on the 2nd rail from the top until they are lightly brown on the edge.
  2. These cookies are relatively dry, but should be like that and have always been like that with us.
  3. The round cookie cutter, which we have been using and inheriting for ages, picks a few more holes on the top (like a toothpick). I don`t know whether that has an effect or was only there for the optics.
