Instructions

  1. Whisk two eggs and 100 g melted butter in a bowl with a fork. Add a little salt and a lot of nutmeg as needed. Add 2 tablespoon soup stock. Knead in as much bread flour until you get a kneadable mass that won`t fall apart (like in the picture). Roll the dumplings out of the mass.
  2. To finish, put the dumplings in boiling soup and wait for them to come to the surface.
  3. The recipe is intended as an addition to a large pot of soup.
