Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and thinly slice the carrots.
  2. Steam with water, butter, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley in a closed container for 12-14 minutes (600 watts). Add the cream and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes closed (600 watts).
  3. Whisk the egg yolks with a little sauce, add to the carrots, stir and season to taste.
