- 500 g carrot (s)
- 4 tablespoon water
- 15 g butter
- 2 pinches sugar
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 125 ml sweet cream
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper

- Peel, wash and thinly slice the carrots.
- Steam with water, butter, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley in a closed container for 12-14 minutes (600 watts). Add the cream and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes closed (600 watts).
- Whisk the egg yolks with a little sauce, add to the carrots, stir and season to taste.
