- 250 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- some sugar
- a bit salt

- Soy Cuisine is a ready-to-use soy cream made from vegetable oil, soy and guar gum.
- Whisk the soy cream well with the lemon juice and season with sugar and salt. Mix the sauce with 2-3 tablespoons of salad oil or dilute with 2 tablespoons of soy milk.
- For the herb cream sauce, add 2-3 tablespoon chopped herbs.
