Soy Cuisine is a ready-to-use soy cream made from vegetable oil, soy and guar gum.
Whisk the soy cream well with the lemon juice and season with sugar and salt. Mix the sauce with 2-3 tablespoons of salad oil or dilute with 2 tablespoons of soy milk.
For the herb cream sauce, add 2-3 tablespoon chopped herbs.
