Ingredients
- 1 endive salad
- 1 small onion (s)
- 150 g bacon, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the endive salad into fine strips and wash. Then put the salad in warm water. This removes the bitter substances from the salad and makes it milder.
- In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan without adding any fat. For the salad dressing, mix all the other ingredients together and season to taste.
- Spin the lettuce dry, mix with the onion cubes and the salad sauce. Finally, pour the bacon cubes over it and enjoy.
