Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 kg stem butter
- 4 medium potato (s)
- Vegetable broth, granulated
- fat
- salt and pepper

- Remove roots and coarse greens from the stem pulp. Leave only the very young greens on the stems, cut into small pieces and wash thoroughly.
