Knead the ingredients one after the other to form a dough. Shape sausages approximately two centimeters thick, divide them and form croissants out of them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes at medium heat (about 180 - 200 degrees).
Roll or sprinkle with icing sugar and vanilla sugar while it is still warm (fresh from the oven). Note: The amount makes about 3 trays or about 80 pieces.
