Make a kind of spaetzle dough from eggs, flour and water. The dough should flow from the spoon. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Dice the bacon and leave it out. Chop the parsley.
Bring the broth to the boil and slowly stir in the batter. There should be small lumps. Add the bacon and parsley to the soup. If you like, you can also serve sausages.
