Fry the ground beef in oil. Chop the onions and fry them with them.
Season with salt and pepper. Add water and bring to the boil.
Add the bay leaves, cover with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then bind the sauce with a sauce thickener or cornstarch and season with Maggi (not too little), salt and pepper.
Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions and serve with the sauce.
