Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 3 bay leaves
- 500 g ribbon noodles
- 1 onion (s)
- Maggi
- salt and pepper
- Sauce thickener, light, or cornstarch
- 250 ml water
- oil

- Fry the ground beef in oil. Chop the onions and fry them with them.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add water and bring to the boil.
- Add the bay leaves, cover with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then bind the sauce with a sauce thickener or cornstarch and season with Maggi (not too little), salt and pepper.
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions and serve with the sauce.
