Instructions

Mix the cream and sour cream, season and put in a saucepan. Add frozen (!) Salmon and let thaw over a low flame. In the meantime, cook the noodles al dente with a little salt. When the salmon has disintegrated in the sauce (stir every now and then), add seasoning.
Serve the sauce with the pasta.
