Ingredients
- 300 g salmon fillet (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 leek
- 200 g sour cream
- 300 g pasta, e.., Whole wheat pasta
- salt and pepper
- curry
- Paprika powder
- some vegetable broth

- Clean the leek, removing the greens and roots, cut into rings and stew in vegetable stock for about 3 minutes. Add the sour cream and season to taste, keep warm.
- Wash the salmon, cut into cubes and fry, season with salt, pepper, curry and paprika and add to the leek and sour cream.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Save some pasta water.
- Fold the pasta into the salmon and leek cream, add a little pasta water if necessary. Arrange and serve on three plates.
