Instructions

  1. Clean the leek, removing the greens and roots, cut into rings and stew in vegetable stock for about 3 minutes. Add the sour cream and season to taste, keep warm.
  2. Wash the salmon, cut into cubes and fry, season with salt, pepper, curry and paprika and add to the leek and sour cream.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Save some pasta water.
  4. Fold the pasta into the salmon and leek cream, add a little pasta water if necessary. Arrange and serve on three plates.
