Clean, core and cut the pear into small pieces. Boil the milk with the pear pieces. Salt and sugar a little - but not too much. In the meantime, stir the egg, flour and water so that lumps form.
Then put the egg-flour mixture on a teaspoon and slowly poke it into the boiling milk (so the lumps don`t get so huge). Boil the soup with the lumps so that the pear pieces and flour lumps can cook. The soup is ready.
