Mix the minced meat with the eggs, diced bacon, the bun softened in water and squeezed well, the finely chopped onion and the crushed garlic clove to form a dough. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and, if necessary, consolidate with breadcrumbs. Shape the dough into 2 loaves, fry them in a well-greased frying pan (casserole dish) in the preheated oven over medium heat for about 60 minutes.
Potatoes and salad of your choice taste very good with it.
