Instructions

  1. You need a large pan with a lid!
  2. First dice the onions and then fry them together with the minced meat in oil. Spread the broth powder on the mince while it is frying.
  3. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut the carrots into slices and the potatoes into cubes. When the mince is well seared, add 1 cup of water to the pan. Then add the carrots and potatoes to the pan. Let everything cook at a medium temperature for approx. 25 minutes. When the potatoes have reached the desired consistency, fold in the frozen peas and let simmer for a moment.
  4. When everything is done, add the tomato paste and crème fraîche to the pan, stir well and season with salt and pepper.
