Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from the dough ingredients and let it rise well. In the meantime, cook 2 pudding powder according to the instructions and let cool. Mix 400g desiccated coconut with 350g liquid butter, 300g sugar, vanilla sugar and 4 eggs and stir into the pudding. Place the yeast dough on a baking sheet and spread the coconut pudding mixture on top.
  2. Baking time approx. 30-45 minutes at 180-200 degrees
