Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with the rice and a pinch of salt to the boil, stirring constantly, and then cook over a low flame until the rice is soft.
  2. In the meantime, beat the egg whites into egg whites.
  3. First fold in the egg yolk and then the egg white under the finished rice pudding.
  4. Serve with sugar, cinnamon and applesauce.
