Instructions

  1. Mix butter with sugar until foamy, stir in egg, flour and baking powder. Spread the batter into a greased pie tin (or double the amount for a baking sheet).
  2. Mix the sour cream with sugar, egg and vanilla sugar and pour onto the batter, sprinkle the berries on top as you like (can also be frozen).
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Do not use too many berries - 1 cup is enough!
