Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 100 ml sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 300 ml flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 200 ml sour cream or thick cream milk or creme fraiche
- 50 ml sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Cranberries
- Blackberries
- Raspberries
- Blueberries and cloudberries, mixed or just one variety

- Mix butter with sugar until foamy, stir in egg, flour and baking powder. Spread the batter into a greased pie tin (or double the amount for a baking sheet).
- Mix the sour cream with sugar, egg and vanilla sugar and pour onto the batter, sprinkle the berries on top as you like (can also be frozen).
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Do not use too many berries - 1 cup is enough!
