Instructions

  1. Cook the grape juice in a saucepan with amaretto, citric acid and preserving sugar according to the instructions. Make a gelling test by pouring some hot jelly onto a saucer with a teaspoon. The jelly must set in a very short time. If this is the case, pour into glasses and turn them upside down.
  2. The jelly has a slight almond flavor.
