Rinse grapes and pat dry, soak gelatine in cold water for approx. 5 minutes, dissolve dripping wet over low heat. Add the wine and apple juice and stir. Put the grapes and liquid in a large pudding form and let it freeze in the refrigerator overnight.
Before serving, turn the jelly out of the mold and serve with the whipped cream.
