Ingredients

  • g 1,800 rapes
  • 24 sheets gelatin
  • 0.75 liter ¾ wine, Gewürztraminer (or grape juice)
  • 0.75 liter ¾ apple juice
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Rinse grapes and pat dry, soak gelatine in cold water for approx. 5 minutes, dissolve dripping wet over low heat. Add the wine and apple juice and stir. Put the grapes and liquid in a large pudding form and let it freeze in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Before serving, turn the jelly out of the mold and serve with the whipped cream.
  3. Is one of my classics that are always on the buffet at my parties!
