Ingredients

500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
1 liter apple juice
4 lime (s), the juice and the finely chopped zest it
4 sticks cinnamon

Instructions

Mix the preserving sugar with the liquid. Add the cinnamon sticks and bring to the boil.
After the gelling test, remove the cinnamon sticks and pour the jelly into jars that have been rinsed with hot water.
