Ingredients
- 600 ml vodka
- 300 ml calvados
- 500 ml apple juice, (naturally cloudy)
- 750 g applesauce
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 star anise

- Bring apple juice with cinnamon and star anise blossom to the boil and let cool down completely. Then drain through a sieve. Add sugar and applesauce and bring to the boil again. Now add the alcohol, stir and bottle.
