Ingredients

  • 1 kg kiwi (s)
  • 1 packet powdered sugar
  • 300 ml lemonade
  • 1 bottle vodka

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into large pieces. Puree vigorously with the powdered sugar, lemonade and vodka.
  2. Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen in plastic bottles. Tastes delicious in sparkling wine or straight with ice cubes. Alternatively, you can freeze the limes in ice cube bags and serve with lemonade in summer.
  3. The amount of lemonade is an estimate - I do it according to the feel and the desired consistency. Limes should be a little more liquid in sparkling wine than when served with a lot of lemonade as a long drink.
