Ingredients

  • 5 kiwi (s)
  • 0.5 ½ banana (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 400 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 pinches cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander, ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry

Instructions

  1. Cut the kiwi and banana into small pieces. Mix with the other ingredients and reduce, stirring constantly, until the chutney has a viscous consistency. Pour chutney into jars and refrigerate for 4-6 weeks before consuming.
