Ingredients
- 200 g kiwi (s)
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 200 ml apple juice, clear
- 1 apple, sweet and sour

- Peel the kiwis with the peeler and cut into small pieces. Puree with a hand blender in a mixing bowl. Mix the juices well together in a separate jug.
- Divide the kiwi puree between two glasses and slowly pour the juice mixture on top. Chill for about 1 hour.
- To serve, cut the apple into wedges and use them to garnish the glasses.
